Chenin Blanc
This grape can be used to most any wine. Dry-sweet, sparkling-still.
In the Loire Valley, France, it is also called Pineau de la Loire. In this area one has understood its greatness of this underrated grape, thus it’s its main geographical area of growth.
It’s a thin-skinned, high yielding grape with very late ripening.
Further, it produce some of the worlds longest-living vines, as well as for current drinking.
