This ia a very tough grape. It handles low temperature well and is also resistant to disease. Its grapes grows in small clusters and is late in budding and ripening. It does, however have a quite high yield.
Since this grape is resistant to Botrytis cinerea it makes botrytized Riesling a rarity.
With this grape you produce top-class dry, medium-dry and sweet wines.
